How can I avail of BBD's services?
Upon contacting BBD (via email) and having set all the details of your order (by phone or personally), you'll receive a form and a contract through postal mail. Once you've sent back the completed form and a copy of the signed contract, BBD will send you a deposit slip, with which you can make your prepayment of min. 250,-- CHF. Your website will be activated within maximum 3 weeks after the amount has been remitted.

Can I subscribe to BBD even though I have no materials?
YES! BBD is dedicated to helping out those who have no experience in web designing or don't have the time to build their own website. Even if you have no materials at all, BBD will be glad to create a website for you from scratch.

What if I already have a web address?
If you already have your own domain, you can keep it, of course! BBD will just need your FTP access data. This way, you can save additional domain (and web hosting) fees.

What if I don't want my own domain?
To save domain and web hosting fees, you can subscribe for a subdomain under tagalog.ch with a maximum of 1000KB for 150,-- CHF.

Can I integrate my own ideas and designs into the website?
YES! The domain and the webspace will be running under your name, this means you have full authority over your website. If you don't have one yet, BBD will provide you with an FTP program that allows you to manipulate your site from your personal computer. However, it is not very advisable to have more than one web administrator.

How do I pay BBD's services?
Any costs aside from the initial payment will be billed to you by the end of each calendar year. This way, you don't have to worry about your website every month.

Why are BBD's services so cheap?
Unlike other web design services, BBD doesn't have a "brick and mortar" office, which means our maintenance costs are held very low so that we can offer our costumers better services for fairer prices.

What if I want to unsubscribe from BBD?
Since you have full authority over your website, you can unsubscribe from BBD's services anytime. You will only be billed for the services you've actually utilized. (Web hosting and domain fees are usually charged on a yearly basis, however.)

If I have an e-commerce platform, where will my customers' money go?
Since you will have your own PayPal account, all the money your customers pay you will go directly to your account. BBD has no acces whatsoever to your financial accounts.
